Customer Satisfaction Promise

We are confident you will love how Tiens products make you look, feel and think. If you are not completely satisfied, Tiens offers a 100% money back promise on products returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, less shipping and handling costs. Products purchased directly from Tiens must be returned to the Company and a refund will be issued. All products must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) issued from Customer Service. Products purchased from a Distributor must be returned to the selling Distributor for a refund.

Tiens Distributor

Tiens Distributors may return products by contacting Customer Service to request a RMA. The product must be unopened and in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. Resalable is defined as product still in its original packaging, with seals and wrapping in place and have more than three (3) months before the expiration date. The Distributor will be reimbursed 90% of the purchase price less shipping and handling. Refer to the Policies and Procedures, Section 31 for complete details.
